New CT1 website launched!
18-Oct-2011The RCP-SRO has launched the new CT1 website, ahead of CT1 recruitment opening on Friday 25 November 2011.
Those familiar with this website in previous years will note that references to 'CMT recruitment' now read 'CT1 recruitment', including the website domain name (www.ct1recruitment.org.uk). This reflects that the RCP specialty recruitment office will in 2012 be coordinating recruitment to acute care common stem (medicine) posts (ACCS-AM) alongside CMT.
The process will be much the same as in previous years; candidates will complete the same application, and attend the same interview regardless of the specialty to which they wish to apply (if either); preferences for particular posts will be given at interview.
In the meantime, please read through the information contained within this website. We will be updating the information and are trying to implement suggestions made by applicants in previous years to improve the information available, site navigation, functionality of different areas, etc.
And lastly, as ever, should you have any queries whatsoever relating to CT1 recruitment - CMT or ACCS-AM - to which you cannot find an answer on this website, please either view our applicants' guide - to be published late October/early November 2011 - and/or contact the RCP-SRO CT1 recruitment helpdesk. This can be reached via email at ct1recruitment@rcplondon.ac.uk, and all queries will receive a response within 48 hours maximum (usually earlier and not including weekends).
NB - the previous website and email addresses (www.cmtrecruitment.org.uk and cmtrecruitment@rcplondon.ac.uk) will direct anyone to the new CT1 addresses automatically.
